Agreement to Rules
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Thermal Services, Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
Contest Rules
- The contest is open to owner-occupied, single-family homes. Entrants must own the home entered in the contest and reside within our service area. Void where prohibited by law.
- Contest is limited to warm air furnaces only. Boilers and water based heating system are not included.
- Entry details must include homeowner’s name, address, email address and phone number. A complete list of entry requirements maybe found at sarkinenheatingandcooling.com
- Entrants must be 21 years or older.
- Entries must be received by November 31, 2024. One entry per person. One entry per home.
- A panel of judges will determine the winning entry based upon the age of the furnace. All decisions are final.
- The winner will be selected on June 30, 2025 and informed by telephone or email prior to media announcements.
- The winner will be posted online at sarkinenheatingandcooling.com by June 30, 2025.
- The winning entry will agree to Sarkinen Heating and Cooling using the homeowner’s name, image and images of the old and new furnaces in announcements and promotions.
- The winning entry will receive: an energy efficient furnace from American Standard.
- All entrants will receive a Certificate for $200 off a new energy efficient furnace. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- No entry fee or purchase is required.
- The odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
- Employees of Sarkinen Heating and Cooling and their family members are not eligible.
- Winner is will be responsible for items like: installation, permit fees, taxes, modifications (if necessary), any hazardous material removal and abatement (e.g., asbestos), and any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building, mechanical and electrical codes.
